  • Review of "Apple Montessori Schools - Randolph" at Randolph

    One thing that I noticed right away was what my preschooler repeated at home. He had been elsewhere previously and I did not like what he had been saying. As soon as he started at Apple, it was all about taking turns, his "love-light" and being kind and making his teacher happy. I really love the activities they do at school and that we are allowed to observe them. I also really like that they are starting to learn a foreign language right away. My son has blossomed and grown through his attendance at Apple and we are very happy that he is there. Apple is building a great foundation and instilling a love of learning in him. We are so happy with our choice.

  • Review of "Fernbrook Elementary School" at Randolph

    Fernbrook school is the single worst experience my family and I could have ever had. Their superintendent, Dr David Browne was caught up in the Ashley Madison hack, and tried to set fire to his garage and is probably facing jail time for endangering his family. This is basically the level of who is in charge here. Our family were unfortunate enough to have become targets of the principal Danielle Soldivieri, and this upstanding Superintendent when we complained about the treatment our autistic, dyslexic son was receiving in an email. The principle and superintendent are prepared to lie in order to delegitimize special ed claims. The teachers at this school are awful - boring, uninspired drones. My daughter's 4th grade teacher was almost illiterate. The school is an ugly, impenetrable brick of a place. The fields are empty after school - no culture, no sense of community. Students are treated without respect. And the head of special ed was unsympathetic to our sons needs, and actually lied in writing about a date that his neurological report was sent to her from a specialist (no idea why she would lie!) All in all - avoid this school unless you want your child to be bored, emotionally abused and taught by people who shouldn't have a license. Someone should remind the staff here that education is actually about the kids, not a political game of self advancement. Disgusted.
